Returns Policy

Return eligibility

• We accept a return for a refund when a critical mistake has been made by us. If a mistake comes from the buyer, we can make an alteration to correct it free of charge.
• We do not accept returns for refunds on items that are not from our collections, including items custom-made to a buyer's design.
• Costumes must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn.
• Costumes made to standard sizes will not be refunded if they do not fit. They may be returned for alteration only.

Before returning an item

• Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order to tell us about the return.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please declare the parcel as returning goods with a value of USD 25 so that import tax is not applied to the return.
