Shipping Policy

Delivery time

Delivery time includes two stages:

1. Production stage: once your payment and your completed order form are received, we start making your costume(s). This stage normally takes around 4 – 6 weeks. But we can arrange the delivery time according to buyer's request. So please let me know when exactly do you need an order? We will let you know if we can deliver on time or not.
2. Shipping stage: when your order is done, we will send it by DHL express delivery service with a tracking number and signed-for service. The order will normally be delivered to your door around 3 – 5 days after dispatch. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email address on the day we send your order, so please also check your spam folder.

So, our normal delivery time is around 4 - 6 weeks except our Lunar New Year period. At Lunar New Year (January, February and March), our standard delivery time is around 6 - 7 weeks.

Customs and delivery service

Import duties, tax and other administrative charges in the buyer's country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs before ordering.

We do not send orders by normal postal service. Orders are sent by express service with tracking information.

Flat shipping rates

We have a flat shipping rate for destinations around the world:

Some destinations have higher shipping costs, including Russia, Brazil, American Samoa and Costa Rica. Shipping for the first item is USD 50 and each additional item is USD 20.
